AnswerCurrently, we ship to the US, Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, UK, and the UAE.

AnswerJust add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.
Question How long does shipping take?
AnswerYou have several shipping options to choose from – they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
Question I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
AnswerMost likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Returns

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your Fuel32 purchase.
If a mistake has occurred or the item arrived defective, please contact me here first and allow me a chance to make things right.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are only for damaged or defective items. Claims for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If an exchange is approved I will replace the item for the same model, size and color.

Return and Exchange Procedure

To process a return do the following:

1. First, click here and email me to let me know what you’re unhappy with.

2. Wait for my response. I’ll make sure to reply within 24 business hours and provide instructions for the returns procedure.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately, however it can take 2-10 business days for your bank to release the funds to your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
